I buy all my Copic products online from Studio Copics in Australia. They have an amazing selection, as well as very, very reasonable prices. Most certainly the first place I'd look into.

They may carry a limited stock only though, and more likely than not don't carry Sketch or refilling ink. I highly recommend Sketch instead of Original. Really, it will make your life a lot more bearable.
