EDIT: Art wangst over. Concrit please - I will love you forever.
Started off as a background exercise and ended up as a who knows what.
I'm torn between CONCRIT PLEASE I SUCK AT BACKGROUNDS and please don't because I already cried out of frustration. O_o
Haha it looks like she's texting the bug. The small feet and long arms are intentional. The malignant melanoma isn't. There were suppose to be freckles, but my markers' tips got a it worn. Yes, you may point and laugh.
I think the freckles turned out quite well, especially on her cheek and shoulder. :3 I didn't even notice them at first. XD; The atmosphere in this is really lovely I like the subtle little mushrooms and stuff, and the smooth fade from dark to light. The detail in her outfit and hair is really cool, too. So many good little things that I keep seeing in this! *3*
Holy crap this looks really awesome! The shading is really wonderful, I feel like you really get a good feel for where everything is set. Also, your background is wonderful. It fades as you fall further back, and it's just the right mix between loose and solid, it's really quite good. Also, you have an amazing eye for detail. I loves!

The only thing I can say is her butt looks a bit weird. Otherwise I like your background and it's all so pretty! I can't do backgrounds.. So don't feel too bad. You've seen my work, the only one that has a decent background is the one where the kid is sitting against a wall. There is NO detail, so I think you're being overly hard on yourself there. I envy!
Seriously, I'm just glad that the bug turned out looking like a bug. It's like two millimetres square. And the paper bleeds like crazy.
I was tempted to claim that there were no bugs actually >XDDD
